It was with great regret that Rick Ellis mentioned that the brand, spanking new version of ExpressionEngine, 2.0 has been delayed!

Rick and the team have been working bloody hard all summer to get an end of summer release, but now, developers will have to wait for fall.

If anybody remembers the original Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, they will surly remember it as a fantastic game - as indeed it was.

Now the sequel has been released, on a more powerful console, it brings wonders to the already fab game, and takes it to a whole new level.

When I was trying to learn CodeIgniter originally, the learning resources were a bit… empty. There were very few good hands on tutorials, and the screencasts were very limited.

When you look at RailsCasts, and how much it has helped the rails community, it’s a bit of a shame that CodeIgniter doesn’t have an equivelent.

So, thinking this, I rolled up my sleves and got to work.
